Die Struck Lapel Pins (Die Struck with Color) are produced from a die cast from your design. The pins are then cut with a specially made cutting die. The next stage is the plating process which provides reflective gold or silver plating. After the die cutting process, the indentations left behind are filled with enamel paints made up of the colors of your choice. Each pin is painted by hand using intricate tools similar to fine tipped syringes. The pin is then put in a firing kiln to set the colors. Finally, the pin is coated with an epoxy finish for a clean, polished look. Each pin is thoroughly inspected and packaged individually prior to shipping.
