Photo Etched Lapel Pins are produced by taking an image of your design from film and transferring it onto a sheet of metal. This allows for more detailed designs and a wider choice of colors. Your design is etched into brass or copper using an acid etching process, all of the impurities are carefully removed and cleaned from the surface. Enamel color is then added to the indentations and fired in a kiln. The pins are then cut according to your custom design, plated, and polished to a shiny finish. Each pin is thoroughly inspected and packaged individually prior to shipping.
