Return Policy and Warranty: We will replace any defective product at no charge. Customized products are not returnable. All printed products are considered customized products, and are not returnable unless defective. We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.

Open Account Terms: We offer net 30-day terms to well-established corporations, institutions, and public entities. To open an account fax us: your D&B number, three trade references with phone and fax numbers, and a banking reference with a name and phone number.  Fax this information along with your purchase order to 1-772-785-8207.  All information will be verified. You can of course alternatively order goods with a credit card.  We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Shipping: Orders ship Monday through Friday. We ship using UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service.
